At the core of this humidor is a dual-control system that regulates both temperature and humidity with exceptional accuracy, ensuring minimal variation and even distribution throughout the cabinet. The water-cooling system works alongside an eco-friendly Embraco inverter compressor, offering quiet operation, energy efficiency, and dependable cooling performance.

A built-in ammonia filtration system removes up to 93.7% of odors, helping maintain a clean, fresh environment for your collection.

Smart Features & Functionality

Stay connected to your humidor with app-based monitoring, allowing you to track temperature and humidity in real time. The external LCD control panel provides easy access to settings, while a dedicated dehumidification drawer gives you added control over internal moisture levels.

Soft LED lighting illuminates the interior, making it easy to view and display your cigars without affecting temperature.

Interior Craftsmanship

Units currently in stock typically ship within 1–2 business days. In some cases, additional quality inspection may extend handling time to 7–10 business days. Pre-order models are built upon request and generally require a lead time of approximately 45 days.

📋 Warranty

Raching products are backed by a comprehensive warranty for added peace of mind. This includes a 2-year warranty on spare parts and an extended 6-year warranty on the compressor.

If a defect cannot be resolved within the warranty period, the unit will be replaced at no additional cost.

Shipping

Due to the size and weight of this item, delivery is completed via curbside freight service with liftgate included. Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days after processing.

For pre-order items, please note that these are made to order. Production and delivery are completed within approximately 45 days.

A valid phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can schedule your delivery appointment.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled free of charge before payment is processed.
• After processing, cancellations may still be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
• Once the order has shipped, customers are responsible for shipping costs plus the 6% fee.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to return
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued minus a 30% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days (or store credit if unavailable).

Within 20 days of delivery, you may exchange your item for another Raching product of equal or greater value (price difference applies).
